Possibly this will be a quick fix for the OP's problem.
Window&seat switches have been a problem for both the Z33&Z34 cars.

Keep in mind,Nissan contracts out most components like this.

Other than replacing the switch assembly,a quick fix at times is just to bang on the panel next to the switch. For whatever reason,contacts are "dirty" or...?The switch may work. Another is to use a hair dryer to heat the switch."Expansion"--of the materials may start things working.
Worked for me and many others.

Bottom line,Nissan saving $,uses cheap components to keep the selling price down--grr!
