Customer service is a higher priority for me than even price. I was about to pull the trigger on an oil cooler kit from Z1 but have changed my mind as a result of this thread. In the real world , stuff happens. The foundation of a company's reputation is based on how well it treats those customers which are the reason for its very existence. Some companies think that there are no consequences for inadequate or indifferent customer service. In this age of social media, I beg to differ.
