Ok yeah the sensor is adjustable. You loosen 2 screws and turn the sensor counter-clockwise and clockwise to adjust. (Forgot which direction is which) It is supposed to read .500 + or - 48 if I am not mistaken. .75 is way off so Im not even sure your car would run being that far off. I would talk to your tuner and see if he has made any adjustments to compensate. Does the car idle correctly? Are you getting a P1090 code at all?
