The Stillen is going to be quieter than the Fast Intentions.

Fast Intentions is lighter, louder (which you want) (get it without resonators), makes more power, I would say better build quality (but thats not entirely fair as the Stillen exhaust is not a bad exhaust per say) and on top of all that its cheaper. Really the only downside is the wait. However its worth it in the end.

A straight pipe all the way back would not be ideal from a power stand point, at least not for the street. Sure you would end up with noise, but it would not be good noise. I wanted loud too, I'm pretty happy with my Berk HFC and Fast Intentions non resonated exhaust.
