Personally, 50k-60k miles is the most I would put on modern xmission fluid before changing. YMMV.

No idea about whether GMSM is OK in 370Z xmissions.
I know I was worried when I did my TL with an American product but the results were short of awesome on how smooth the shifting turned out afterwards...both are Japanese transmissions and I'm pretty sure that they don't try any product made in the USA but I may be the guinea pig since I don't see what can go wrong ...any master mechanic or anyone with expertise in the subject please feel free to comment and pardon my ignorance
