Cool Has Nissan given up on our Z?

I am sure most of you have kept up on the news of the "new Z".
According recent updates I have seen, there is really nothing new planned.
Just read&seen pics of the announcement of a 370Z Heritage Edition.
2 colors with graphics including a like-or-hate yellow. Some adds on the exterior.A clutch update. That's about it.
Price?Do not know.
What does this all mean?
Nissan like other vehicle manufactures makes stuff to realize a profit.

Just who now is buying our type of car? After the initial roll out of the Z rebirth
with the 2003 model, many have joined the market.
Very many.
But,how many ready buyers are out there vs pickup,SUV and cross overs?

Seems like a business decision to me on behalf of Nissan.

A really NEW Z needs to be a game changer ,me thinks.
But,what is the cost of this type of NEW sports model?
How many real buyers?

Big questions.

Nissan is not a Ferrari or Lambo with a dyed in the wool culture with ready
buyers anxious to plunk down cash for just a vague prototype being shown.

So,what have we?

We have a very cost effective, fun to drive car that has a huge amount of parts available of both performance and styling . A car that you can be proud to
call your own and not brake the bank. A bit a creative thinking and you
have a "new" vehicle.
I've not done much to my Z34.But,still have my original 03 Z33 That has undergone extensive styling and full bolt-ons&tune for performance.
Many ask if it is the new Z?

Z guys do what is necessary.

Can't wait on Nissan.
Take things into your own hands.
