Sounds a lot like you got the wiring wet. Pop the hood and look for water. If everything is dry, I'd try removing a terminal from battery, press on brake pedal for a few seconds, and reconnect battery. This resets the ECM, auto-up window operation, and radio presets. It will take a few minutes of driving around for the ECM to re-learn the engine, the window reset procedure takes about 30 seconds. The difficult part will be re-entering the radio presets.

Edit: the ECM is somewhere in the passenger footwell - check it for moisture. Not sure where the BCM is located but would check it too.
