I've been running flex fuel on my G37 for almost a year now and all I needed was GT-R injectors, ethanol sensor (I went with the Innovate ECF-1 and repurposed the fuel pressure sensor for oil pressure), and a tune.

I installed it all myself, wasn't hard if your savvy with mechanical and light electrical automobile work. There are a few others that have gone flex on N/A and they also confirm the no need for a pump and all the other bells and whistles.
