Yeah, these are actually very rare in the USA, very JDM.
The biggest differentiator is the hub lip in the enter. Most bolt-on types in 10mm's do not come with the hub lip.
Note: In the pictures it may look as if the back side is chewed up at the center bore but it is just dirty from use.
