As far as the outside two, you would have to drill into the trunk. The spoiler fit flush enough so ended up just using double stick tape for the outside area.

Use a washer for the two center bolts with a rubber butyl like sealant so the water doesn't leak in. The other holes were just covered with tape since the spoiler covers all of them. Will post pics in the day time.

Fly1 spoilers fits exceptionally well and am glad the two center bolts lined up perfectly.
