Amuse costs more because of two reasons:
1.) You are paying for the quality of reliably durable craftsmanship
2.) You are also paying for peace of mind.

Yes there are other companies who offer reliable products. Sometimes these companies get a bad egg once in a blue moon due to some random left-field variable and that one client risks blemishing the company's credibility because even though bad eggs are rare, it only takes one to sully a brand that took years to build.

Amuse understands this which is why they take so much extra time for quality control to ensure that each part is significantly more durable than it needs to be.

Amuse also treats all of the metals; whether it be titanium or steel. Each item is chemically treated to help increase longevity and reliability. Where other cats might develop a compromised weakness in their structure after years and years of wear-and-tear; Amuse parts do stand a slightly higher chance of outlasting most of their competitors.

These differences are slight and in the grand scheme of things make little difference to most consumers. This is why my second reason for buying Amuse is because you are paying for Peace-of-mind. If you confidence in your parts is shaken and your trust in a company means more to you than the time it took to acquire the money to purchase it than in my opinion Amuse is one of the best options for you.

Just my two cents

I actually have the Amuse X pipe to the exhaust. I love how it sounds and the quality and how light it is amazed me as well while installing it.
