Cup kits are usually added to coilovers; although I don't believe it's out of the realm of possibility to put a set on top of the stock spring/strut combo. The problem with this setup will be that your front suspension will automatically raise in height proportionally to the height of the cup kit itself and your front/rear "stance"/rake/whatever will be lopsided.

Still, if this is what you want, then it would be best to get with Stance, Fortune, Phantom or one of the companies who produce the kits to get their input. The stock spring/strut combo would have to be sent in to be assembled and that's only if it's compatible with the cups.
