Will all the bolts go back in easily and how tight should I bolt the intake manifold back down? Also what is the throttle body exactly? I don't see any pictures and am not sure

The intake manifold gaskets will stay in place once the gasket is secured by the technician/person doing the job.

When ever putting on a fastener you should always start it by hand for a few turn so you don't cross thread it.
