None of us did so little research and homework that we hired the dumbest shop on the planet to install parts ( that even the most cursory google search would have shown as a bad choice) that left us with $30k paperweights so we would then have to spend a year in court to get nothing out of it since you asked for so much money the guy just gives you the finger and declares bankruptcy. Had you posted before you let this guy blow up your car, this community would have steered you in the proper direction. Now we're trying to help you get something out of this, and you're being a twat. So, good luck with all of that.
Keep in mind, the lawyer is only trying to pump up your case so his cut is higher. He doesn't care beyond that. So take his advice with a grain of salt, since he's only out his time if he loses. You're out the money.
