I think Jones would be making a huge mistake putting Romo back in, but it's a matter of pride in admitting your "star" is no longer the star, he's lost his edge and someone took the opportunity and stepped up.

The Cards backup came in and kept the ball rolling when Palmer got hurt and even though Stanton was winning games and doing well, when Palmer was healthy he got his spot back.

Romo was terrible before the injury and will probably be terrible again when he's healthy. I say send him off to go play baseball with Tebow and while you're at it, throw Kaepernick in there too.
