Titanium is fine. the welds however will be the week point. I have had titanium exhaust on high heat exhaust cars and have broken welds multiple times. I think the source Nomodsjk was talking to was probably referring to the welds. not the titanium itself. Titanium is a great dissipator of heat however the materials used in filler for the weld can break under high heat. Regardless if the exhaust is post Y pipe there shouldnt be a problem however if he is going stroker and big turbo with a Y pipe then yeah there is a good chance he could have issues. A y pipe will cause restriction in his exhaust and hold heat.

Just so the facts are out there it isnt the titanium that fails is the welds. I have first hand knowledge of this and had two titanium exhausts break welds on me. It not typical and is usually in extreme heat situations. Any person looking to buy this will be picking up a great product!!! Out side of high horsepower builds this would be an excellent addition to anyones car!
