OP has had tire wear problem dating back to 2010 when he wore his rears down to completely bald within 12k miles, and not due to aggressive driving (per OP).

You should really take other's suggestion to:

Take and post pics of the tire wear
Get current alignement reading so you know what is causing the accelerated wear
***Find out exactly what's wrong first before you buy anything***
