ok, on your exhaust, do you have straight pipes or you have catalicysts installed? if you jave strt pipes, then yes you WILL lose low end rpm torque, due to low back pressure on the exhaust, but should get more torque on the high end rpm.

now you r saying that it significantly loses torque on low end could be few things, clean ur throttle bodies, your intake filter, make sure ur brake isnt loked up by touching every wheel after a drive and see if any of them hotter than the others, if possible you can borrow a TorqeApp phone and plug in see ur idle A/F ratio.
