I want to take this time and sincerely apologize for my delay. I usually process decals every 4 weeks but it's been just one thing after another this year. This summer my workload was very heavy and as I kept falling back behind processing the decals, I simply couldn't catch up. I hope you guys will forgive me as not only I have failed to deliver, it's very embarrassing for me
