sucks but atleast ur friends wife was not injured, and u can still buy them new readily available.
when i had my 12yr old G in immaculate nearly new condition, the biggest fear was i couldnt buy a replacement new any longer.. even nissan discontinued a l lot of parts for it.. felt abandoned..
i wanted to decide when to let her go, not forced by some faking accident.
the cars i have now, they are replaceable so no stress.
