Here is an example of what you need to post. I will use my setup

Front Wheels: 19x9.5 +25
Rear Wheels: 19x10.5 +22

Front Tires: 265/35/19
Rear Tires: 305/30/19

^^^^ If you don't have these specs, you need to call the company you got the wheels from and get them. From your post it sounded like you have 9.5 inch wide rear wheels?? If this is true, and we assume a 10.5 inch wheel with an offset of +12 is flushish, then your 9.5 inch wheel with a +15 offset looks the same as a 10.5 inch wheel with +27 offset. So your spacer would need to be a 15mm spacer. If you track the car you want the stud replacement type spacers. Go to concept z, find the spacers section and you will see "bolt on" and "slip on". Slip on is trackable, but not recommended by many.

Until you confirm the correct wheel specs though, this is my guess.
