my shop was in a rough part of town and gun fire was not uncommon to hear during the nightshift.

We made a prototype gun that would shoot a tracer round and the ships big guns would use that for trajectory readings and accuracy. Since we ran the nightshift, we thought it was a good idea to test it out in the parking lot a few times We had so many police cruisers show up and got our asses chewed out. We also used to light titanium chips on fire and burn holes into the blacktop.
