Default Need help fitting aftermarket wheels!

Hello folks, new to the forum, just got a '17 base model. I've been lurking around for a few weeks and have learned a lot about the Z, so thanks very much for that. Now, onto my question:

I just picked up a set of 20" wheels and I can't get the fronts to fit, on account of some random bolt sticking off the hat of the rotor. The only things I've seen like this in the past are countersunk screws that hold the rotor to the hub. Is this the same (but different) thing? And can I remove it, or will I need another set of wheels? Thanks in advance.
