Kept within reason, none of those should do any damage beyond a little extra wear and tear. You will have to change your clutch, tires, brake pads, &c more often than some other people. Of course, if you are dumping the clutch, not rev-matching during shifts, and doing your cruises during 110 degree weather, you're going to break something.

If you're going to be driving the car hard, change fluids often.
