As title said : Is it legal to import and use Racing seats from EU/germany/Japan ?
It is for personal use so i assume you can buy it from ebay with a seller from germany/japan because you have no intend to resale.
But What happen in case of accident ? will your/ our usa base insurance (statefarm, geico,allstate ...) deny our full coverage (car damage/ health) because our seat is not yet approve by the U.S gov/auto dept ?
i am asking because i just read somewhere about this and it freak me out...
It is for sure authentic Sparco Sprint bucket seat, but the price is almost 150$ cheaper (not to mention shipping cost) => 200++
