Trying to diagnose sounds via the written word is very difficult at best. If you can post a video or sound clip, at least one of these guys can probably pinpoint the problem (if it is a problem) for you.
If the noise is happening when idling in neutral with clutch engaged, get a
mechanic's stethoscope or a short piece of garden hose and see if you can determine where the noise is coming from.
