The rag top on the Z's are prone to issues that will likely cost you thousands to keep replacing, my friend with a Z roadster replaced his 4x in the last three years! He's now out about $3500 on the tops alone. Another food for thought is the stock manual transmission on the Z. Do a quick Google search for "370Z CSC " you will find many threads on this topic so you know what to expect.
Hate to say this, but if you're looking for a zero problem 370Z with the luxuries go for a touring coupe 7AT (FPenvy is having hard on reading this
