Buy a steel 2" pulley and put it inbetween the stillen pulley and the idler pulley on the face of the plate. THere is already a machined and tapped hole in there for it. You would then need to find about a 6" longer belt. This would get more than twice the wrap around the stillen pulley and grip like a mofo.

Looks like Stillen originally designed the supercharger bracket for a idler pulley to be there. That's why there is a tapped hole on the bracket. Found this on a forum in the UK. And the picture is of Stillen's car.
