Default AAM Short Tails Exhaust Question

Hello,

So I have the typhoon intakes, upper intake manifold Berk HFC, and as of yesterday the AAM Short Tails.

So anyone who has these Short tails knows there is a large drone from 3-4k RPM. And what I'd like someone who understands it better to explain to me is how does the drone occur? Like is the sound echoing through the pipes and resonating at some frequency that magnifies it? or what happens?

TLDR; why is it that I get loud noises from 1-2k, quiet from 2-3k, loud from 3-4k, and then back to quiet (relatively) all the way to redline? Like what is the process that causes this fluctuation?

Thanks,
