I'm predicting an episode where they flashback to young Ned at the tower of joy (or whatever its called), and simultaneously the nights watch will give Jon Snow a funeral pyre, but when its revealed that L+R=J is true during the tower of joy sequence, Jon will be reborn in the flames of the pyre.
