Extremely doubtful. Those are light mods that increase airflow (slightly) and don't really require a tune anyway.

The v6 Accord isn't a slow car. As has been mentioned, FWD has a slight traction advantage with the engine weight being over the driving wheels. Plus a 10-70mph roll-on isn't enough to really separate a "fast" car from a "slow" car anyway. I wouldn't be surprised if your Z could "keep up" with a 5.0 Mustang in that situation, and anybody but the biggest Z-car homer will admit that the 5.0 is the much faster car. It's only when you get into the higher speeds (that you shouldn't be attempting on public roads in the first place) that more power becomes apparent. The Z isn't meant for drag racing anyway; it's a sports car that shines on a twisting, closed race course. A v6 Accord wouldn't have a chance against you there.
