Sad picture. They say that soft tissue injuries can manifest themselves up to 72 hours later. Neck injuries can leave you with pain for decades as I have unfortunately found out. Just a suggestion but if you can you should have a Doctor examine you for cervical damage and movement limitations. I have to agree with the others that it is probably wise to involve your insurance company. I wouldn't dismiss even slight pain as it will likely get worse or show up when doing anything physical.
