There isn't the factory mandatory recommendation, as the 3.7L employs some newer valve technology, but it's a great thing for an engine, and I would recommend a full synthetic for maximum protection/viscosity.
It's cheap insurance, especially when older Z's are prone to oil consumption anyways..
Same thing with trans fluid, and especially some of the specialty oils like differential gear oil, etc.
