I wouldn't get NEAR those scratches with touch up paint unless you want it to look like a 5-year old repaired it.

To the OP, if your fingernail catches in the scratches, you will most likely need it repainted as others have mentioned. With that said, the FIRST place I would go if I were you is to an extremely good detail shop who can either guarantee the repair or tell you to take it to a paint shop. That way, you will have someone on the scene who can give you a better answer. Looking at some questionable pictures on a forum is not going to get you a definite answer like a true professional detailer can.

Now if it can be fixed, I show how I fix scratched up paint in this video, if the scratches cannot be simply buffed out. I would NOT advise you to try this as it takes experience. I make it look a lot more simple than it actually is.
