Default Scratched and Scuffed up the top of my Front Bumper

So the other day when parking in my work's parking ramp, I scratched up my front bumper. The ramp doesn't have walls around the edges, but instead has metal cables to keep you from driving off the edge. Long story short, I pulled in too far and lightly "bounced" against the cables. It was enough to scratch up the front bumper. It left some scratches below the front emblem, and even more below the big opening.

It just happened Friday morning, so I haven't had a chance to take it in for a quote. I'm just wondering if it's fixable, or if I'll need to have the whole bumper repainted. I know prices are going to vary wherever I take it, but can anyone give me a ballpark estimate as to what it would cost to fix (or repaint the bumper entirely)?

I snapped some pics with my cell phone, but they're not the best quality. Full size images can be hound here.
