Your best bet is Motorsport Ranch in Cresson which is about 20 min south of Fort Worth.
The Drivers Edge group runs several weekend events there a year, the next one being Feb 6-7. Suggest you come out and catch a ride with an instructor and then plan to attend the Mar 19-20 event and drive. Two day schools are $355 and you'll have the best time of your life.
