That sounds typical in the Chicago area, I'm located in aurora and have found (For whatever reason) that the Z is just ridiculously overpriced around here. Keep a sharp eye out though, they do come around.

2012+ I believe is the year that most have had the issues ironed out + added an "Oil Cooler", the early years would have a steering lock problem and oil overheating in some cases, all manual version have a CSC failure issue. Other than that its a pretty solid car
