Cleaning the MAFs is a
very easy job - remove two screws (per MAF), remove MAF, spray with MAF cleaner, let dry for a few seconds, replace MAF, replace screws (no gasket needed). Repeat on other side. Takes 5-15 minutes, a screwdriver, and a can of MAF cleaner.
