As for the pictures you can always use the manage attachments way below the text field in the "Go Advanced" version of a post. Or you can upload the pictures to an offsite source like
TinyPic - Free Image Hosting, Photo Sharing & Video Hosting and use the link for the forums or message boards. Copy and Paste into your post with the [IMG] before and after it
