Default Throwing codes since BBK install

My car has always thrown the P0430 after about 40k miles. I've always left it alone and it comes and goes.

However just recently I bought another scanner that can scan for two different modes, OBDII and ABS. So I scanned the abs and got 3 codes Ive never seen before

1. C1109- Batter Voltage (abnormal)

2. C1110- Controller Failure

3. C1130- Engine Signal 1

I looked them up and they all seem to be related to the ABS Control Unit itself.

C1109- ABS actuator and electric unit (control unit) power voltage is too low.
C1110- Internal malfunction of ABS actuator and electric unit (control unit)
C1130- The code means that the Anti-Lock Brake System (ABS) control unit has detected that there is problem with the Engine Control Module (ECM).

My question being, would the cause of these codes be because Im now running the Akebonos on the Base Brakes system? If so would replacing the ABS control unit with a sports one fix it?

Sorry if these questions seem dumb I'm not really savvy when it comes to electrical.
