time for some alcantra?
i´ve had limited success fixing these type of scratches in the past. the trunk of my old xterra looked like freddy kreuger had been sleeping in it, just like the side of your console. i went over them with a lighter. some of the smaller ones disappeared but i didnt wanna keep torching the plastic and make a scratch in to a ruined panel. so i am not sure i would recommend that method to anyone. it did help though.
edit: sounds like my lighter method is sort of a ghetto version of the heatgun method posted above. so heat might be your best bet.
