If you can move the steering wheel its not the steering wheel lock column as stated in OP.
If the brake and clutch are fine and can be pushed in etc....
Does it have gas?
(no joke there have been times that people post stuff about the car not starting and it has been that they didn't have gas lol)
Battery Voltage gauge read normal?
