Does anyone have the measurements of the OE 6MT shift knob?

I installed the TWM STS on my G37S and as advertised, it is 1/2" shorter than stock. I'd like to regain some of that height, because it's just too low and with my elbow resting on the armrest in 4th, my wrist keeps turning on the seat heaters.

I went to the Nissan dealer and checked out a 370Z 6MT and the knob is thicker, and thus fractionally larger, or at least it seems.

The stock 6MT G knob is 3.5", hoping the 370 knob is a little bigger. Thanks.
