Default 2014 370z Coupe - Touring/Sport/6MT

Up for sale is my 2014 370z. I've been trying to sell this on Craigslist for the last few months without much success, so I figured I'd give the forum a try!

I bought this car about a year ago with 860 miles on it, and I'm the second owner. I've cared meticulously for this car, and even finished out the 1,200 mile break-in period. The car comes with the remaining balance of the factory warranty of 3 years/36,000 miles, which expires in January of 2017 (I believe). You also get the remaining 5 year/60,000 mile powertrain warranty.

2014 Nissan 370z
- 5,0xx miles
- Color: Gun Metallic
- 6-speed manual
- Touring package (leather heated seats, power seat adjustment, lumbar support, Bose sound system)
- Sport package (19" Rays wheels, upgraded brakes, tuned suspension, Syncro-rev match)
- Navigation system
- Backup camera
- Keyless entry & start
- Includes owner's manual and both keys
- Clean title

Extras
- Stillen intakes (gen 2, came with the car when I got it).
- Swift springs (smoother ride than stock, yet handles noticeably better). Lowers the car 1.25" front and 1" rear. Will also include stock springs.
- H&R spacers, 20mm front and 25mm rear. Perfect complement to Swift springs.

Maintenance
- Regular oil changes with full synthetic oil (the AK370Z way).
- Always garage kept.
- All maintenance records (from my ownership) on hand.

Asking $31,500. Car is located in the south Bay Area in California. Local deal preferred but I'm willing to ship at buyer's expense. The title is currently with my bank, but they can send the title to the buyer once funds have cleared (I've done this a couple of times before without any issues).

Only reason I'm selling is because I picked up a E92 M3 recently and can't justify having 2 sports cars in the garage

Pic of the M3 for curious folks:
