It secures to the floor (behind the seats) rear chasis and seat belt upper mount.
I did report in my blog with supporting pictures, but it is written in russian
As of interior, I've cutted three plastic details on each side, and there's no way to avoid that. It was so painfull to do so, but result is worth it!
