I would invest in the external oil cooler. Wouldn't rely on an engine coolant additive to help decrease engine coolant oil temps.

You would also have to change your antifreeze to water mixture to get more of a heat transfer effect of the additive.

Also try running a different Thermostat, and maybe there is a way to alter your fan settings to come on at a lower temperature.

Also if you are a 7spd auto, i would recommend doing an external transmission cooler as well.
