That is a good price for your Z, in my opinion. Especially back home in the Bay. I grew up in Sunnyvale, delivered The Mercury on my bike between Raynor Park, and Valco Mall. :-)
I bought my 2012 Pearl White Touring Sport with Persimmon on 6/27, lightly used with just over 12k miles for $27k and change.
I had the same thought about the Evo 10 in regards to demand, since this will be the last year of production, but they just aren't as refined and "pure" as the Z.
