That does appear to be the leak. Replace that hose and do a good inspection of the rest of the hoses.

If the coolant has been drained, then what is on the drain petcock is probably normal residue. Clean it with warm water and a brush. If it doesn't come back, you are good to go.

Not sure about the rest. FSM should have coolant change procedure and info on the oil cooler. Or wait a few hours and somebody will probably have an answer.
