The light on the left has been coming on recently while I'm driving and staying on. I've noticed the light come on before, when the back end is slipping out (and traction control is on) but this seems to be coming on and staying on.

Is this common? What is this? Tried to look at the owners manual but didn't really understand so I'm looking for some dummed down responses from some forum members for a newbie.
