I think if you order the intake from Stillen there may be an option to choose the dry filters or just simply ask them for the option, otherwise you're getting the oiled types.
I can snap a photo of the product # for you later. I ordered it straight from AEM but they were out of stock for over a month. Cost was roughly $70 for two dry filters.
